(450 reviews) Our first time staying at this hotel and overall its fine, positives are its quiet but ideally located for the beach and the strip of Puerto del carmen, plenty of parking and the pool areas. The main issue is the restaurant, breakfast starts at 8am so everyone is coming in at the same time so most days we didn't even get a cup so had to use paper ones, only 1 toaster machine and needed more staff as so busy trying to clean up tables, the food was okay with plenty of choice but could have been hotter. I think they need to re think the restaurant opening times to smooth out the busy periods, dinner was a similar experience. Overall we enjoyed our stay but would not go back. The hotel was clean, the pool was gorgeous and swimmable in November! Staff were super friendly, helpful and easy to talk to. The beach is just across the road, great location, only 20 minutes from the airport. The strip is another 20 minutes down the road, well connected by local buses. Cannot fault this place! (486 reviews) Lovely clean apartment with everything we needed! Breakfast was plentiful and freshly cooked with helpful staff. Pool area were nice and the lower sundeck away from the pool was lovely with big double sunbeds and very quiet. Great location as 5 min walk from old town and shopping area with Zara etc Would definitely stay here again. Only slight disappointment was the evening meal options but didn’t affect us as we preferred to eat out but tried it once as had half board but wasn’t very good. (437 reviews) Great time had. Their greatest asset is their staff. All warm and welcoming. Couldn’t do enough for you. Remembered me and my drink preference from a year ago! Don’t know how to they do it. Food options were more limited this time. But more space for more guests. Still excellent food though. Room was lovely. Very comfortable beds and spacious. Grounds very clean. Very clean through out. Towels seemed to be changed every day. Chocolate on pillow at night was nice. Will be returning a few times next year. Can’t wait!
