Puerto Rico Island Kid friendly Holidays

All good in this location

Overall the property was well maintained, staff were very professional and helpful. Palomino island were beautiful location, enjoy the ride on the big boat but not on the smaller boat. Pools were amazing! Balcony views from 1122 were espectacular, however which I would off stay in 1144. Check in was excellent but check out the concierge was not as pleasant. Didn’t understood the daily additional $65.00 service charges, since nothing out of the ordinary was offered. We had to request the linens get replaced by day two. We call for room service and it was not available. It was a one time experience I don’t think we book it again.

property was nice and modern. beautiful lobby area and bar. Pool table was a plus .pool area was great.. Enjoyed the hot tub, salt water pool and the main pool with the swim.uo bar...staff was very friendly and professional. room was very spacious and updated..no complaints..hotel could use some touch up paint at the swim up bar trimming and around the hotel in general..It's too nice of a place to not pay attention to small details..beach access was great and definitely enjoyed having enough chairs and umbrellas to go around..Had a great stay and would definitely return..Oh yeah and Starbucks connected to hotel was awesome .Loved having Access to the hotel across the street as well

Great staff- all food is extra and a bit pricey. Beach is great, staff is great, pools are great. Casino was fun.

Outstanding property! Very clean, comfortable, and the staff was top notch. We checked in on my fiances birthday, and my mother had called ahead to have a cake in our room upon check in. His favorite is lemon, which they do not have, but after she spent several phone calls with staff member Gian, he arranged for the chef to make the lemon cake. The housekeeping staff shut us out on our balcony while doing turn down service because they didn't know we were out there, but we found it incredibly humorous. Food options were delicious, but if you're traveling on a budget you'll want to search off property because they are pricy. Other than that, we had an amazing stay and highly recommended the Condado Vanderbilt for your Puerto Rican adventure.
