Lovely staff and clean room

Would recommend this hotel very clean and staff are very friendly and happy to help air-conditioning very good. Would Abby stay again?

Requested a room on high level floor overlooking ocean side. Received a room facing marina on lower floor (not sure clerk even listened to my request). Not impressed with clerk serving a woman who bud the wait line. She was served while several of us has been waiting over 20 minutes while 2 clerks were on the desk. One remained on the phone - serving no one waiting - while the other seemed to struggle with checking people in. Frustrating after a long drive. Hotel itself is beautiful and very well appointed - and good AC throughout (which can be rare in Europe). Clean and bright. Would have appreciated a much better check-in experience tho. Left a sour taste. Bummer.

Beautiful hotel! Sits on a golf course - wide, open spaces. Great walks among peaceful settings. Buildings were beautiful and well maintained. Staff very friendly and helpful. Restaurant on site was excellent. Teens enjoyed the spa/pool/hot tub area. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here - will return!
