(564 reviews) The hotel is excellently situated in the heart of Aix. We were lucky to be there when the Saturday market was on and it was easy to walk out of the hotel straight into the markets. Room was clean but feel the cushion and foot blanket on the bed need replacing they are very worn. Our view was just overlooking other building so not a great aspect but it was quiet. The lift only takes two people and is used for service too. But if was never too crowded. Bed comfortable and modern shower room. Breakfast in the morning was slow service and I had to keep asking for lemon slices with my tea (in the end I got some myself at the bar). This should be much better and more attentive. We went to a Boulangerie one morning and the croissant snd tea with lemon came almost immediately and that’s just a shop.
