This was a beautifully appointed classic hotel. The lobby atrium was striking and colorful with lots of comfortable seating. Service was excellent on every level. Our deluxe room was large and very comfortable. And easy access to the metro lines 2 and 10 was very convenient. Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at The Westin Bund Center, Shanghai, and had an exceptional experience. The property is beautifully maintained, with every area feeling clean, modern, and welcoming. The hotel’s location is outstanding—close enough to walk to many major tourist attractions, yet set just far enough from the busiest parts of the city to provide a peaceful retreat at the end of the day. What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. Everyone I encountered was friendly, motivated, and genuinely dedicated to providing great service. The team at the Westin Club Lounge deserves special recognition for their attentiveness and professionalism. I would especially like to highlight Gloria Ma, whose warm hospitality and exceptional service made my stay even more memorable. Overall, I highly recommend The Westin Bund Center for anyone visiting Shanghai. It’s a perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and outstanding service.
