Overall, I liked this property. However, the pool needed to be cleaned. I stayed for a week and not one time was the pool cleaned. At least during the times I went to the pool

The pictures posted on the website are a little deceiving. I was originally in a King room with a patio. On day two of my trip I tried to shower and the water would not come on at all. I then noticed they had removed the knob that control the water without any communication to me. There were no robes in the room as the website mentioned and no LED lights on bathroom mirror I was moved to another room that did look much better than my first but with smaller bathroom and a patio that did not have any furniture. The manger at the time did credit me for food and beverages that I otherwise would have paid for. Nice hotel but definitely need a makeover to get back to what they originally looked like.

Best Hotel. The personnel was so friendly. The inside of the room is very inviting. They keep stocking a variety of snacks everytime they came to clean my room. So many places to choose to eat close by. I have a fantastic time.

Great location but definitely need to work on their staff and not have people training dealing with customers by themselves. Traveling with a group of 9 we all Booked a king city view room, checked in at 4:30 and was not told that the room they put us in was 2 queen beds, then after explaining to them what we booked was told that it was not ready and that the queen room was an upgrade… absolutely not, no city view looked at a blue building just to find out that they gave our king rooms to people who checked in hours after us. 1 elevator broken which then cause the other one to take 5 cycles to get to your floor. Parking garage was atrocious. No one here knows how to communicate anything when something is wrong. Positive note Rooms are spacious, right on the beach, walking distance from a lot of restaurants ( fogo de chao),

The hotel is alright, beach isn’t really swimmable. It’s too big and when you call the front you’ll often be put on hold. The steakhouse is good but nori was not good. Overall this hotel is aesthetically pleasing and the employees are really nice but it’s just alright to be honest.

I loved this place. Best time ever!
