Parking was free just a couple years ago. Parking also used to have more spots on the upper levels but now they’re reserved. Now you have to go down to level 4-5 to find a spot. And in that area being down there isn’t safe. A huge issue was that only one elevator went down to the parkade so if someone from the lobby used it you would have to wait 5-7 minutes for the elevator. I will not be staying here again and it’s very unfortunate because it’s been my favourite hotel in Calgary since 2011
