The hotel is with a long history but the room is luxurious, spacious and clean! Redwood Room Bar is definitely worth a visit, superb atmosphere!

A few misses here and there, but quickly corrected.
Soap and conditioner dispensers were empty and not functioning, blow dryer fell apart. Everything was addressed promptly.

Tried really hard to love this place - fabulous lobby, staircase and lounge. Our room while large lacked natural light - partially due to tree outside but also a window that probably hadn’t been cleaned externally in years. Bar/bistro not open early afternoon and closed at 9 pm. Given that the surrounding area isn’t great to wander round this wasn’t good.
