We stayed here for one night while in Halifax on a road trip vacation. It wasn't my first choice, but I had to change hotels when our dates changed (due to a ferry conflict) and this was the best option I could get. It's a nice enough hotel (clean, comfortable, nice rooms), but the location is a mixed bag. It's about a 15-minute drive from downtown Halifax, which means it's quiet. But there's nothing charming about its location just off a highway, and there are no decent restaurants within walking distance. (We did find a good Turkish place about a 5 minute drive away.)

The room and hotel were pretty dirty and run down and the parking was inconvenient but when you’re downtown I guess thats to be expected.
