The hotel was very nice. The main hallway rugs could usecsome cleaning but the room itself was nice. Restaurant was very good for both dinner and breakfast. Staff are very accommodating.

Staff very unfriendly, coming from the States you expect to be welcomed and respected. They don’t know the meaning of the word hospitality. Very rude and disrespectful.

did private equity cause the drop?
Motel 6 level upkeep would at least make it okay. Needs more than that :(

Clean room , stayed the night on route driving from London to Valencia and fancied a day in Pau. Easy location and very quiet so got a good night's sleep. Had a couple of drinks at the bar and served quickly. Was up and out early so didn't stay for breakfast. Overall clean, smart and room was lovely.
