The location was excellent especially after attending Jin’s concert at Prudential center. The room, bathroom was spacious.It took a long time for the shuttle to arrived to the airport. I don’t why there’s no microwave in the room.☹️ They were able to refund the security deposit the day of our checkout. Something that I like since you can actually see that it was refunded. While the other hotels charged you then it after few days you can’t see the charged. I just want transparency. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.💜

This is not a 5 star. 4 at best. Older hotel, very hot, great views, fast elevator. Rooms were dark
Shower didn’t have conditioner, TV wasn’t plugged in, room was never cooler than 77degrees
