Restaurant staff and food very good. Front desk very good. Housekeeping did a poor job, cleaned room once and did not provide hand towels or wash clothes. Common areas are good with the exception of the gym which was totally inadequate. Lobby, bar, pool areas very nice. Rooms need an upgrade a little worn. Bed was very nice

I chose this hotel because of the reasonable price and excellent location. It was worth it to me to valet the car and be able to walk or uber to certain appointments, restaurants, and shopping. The room was clean and quiet. The ac was good and had lots of options. The water pressure was fantastic and I loved taking a shower every morning. Staff was super helpful, taking my luggage to the room (I drove so I overpacked), getting the car and cleaning. Wi-Fi good as well.

Wonderful experience. The staff is super helpful and friendly. The hotel is dog friendly… though it’s challenging to get to a designated place to relieve the dogs. The rooms are beautiful and modern. Excellent amenities. Love the roof top restaurant and pool!

It wasn't what I expected, but it ended up being intended as an artsy hotel in a bohemian place and it grew on my. My 18 y/o saw it the next day and thought it was very cool. The views of LA were spectacular and the staff was outstanding. The coffee shop downstairs was quite good as well.

Clean, quiet, beautiful landscaping and prime location.

Perfect hotel for a weekend d getaway or staycation. Everything you need is on the property or without walking distance. The service that all of the staff provided was phenomenal.

Great service. Free shuttle to nearby locations. Breakfast was excellent. Top notch! Would definitely stay there again.

My favorite place to stay in Westwood! Walking distance to UCLA and right next to the Botanical Gardens!! Perfect location!!
