Clean rooms and impecable room service. Property itself was small and easy to navigate. Gift shop stayed open until 11pm which came in handy!
Breakfast was great at both restaurants and the afternoon taqueria being open was fabulous!
The beach was why we stayed here. Romantic and calm atmosphere. We loved our time

The check-in process was horrible for me. I arrived early ( before the 3pm check-in) and was told I had to wait. I had to wait 5 hours before I was able to check in. I saw others being checked in and later I found out others who checked in after me got a room similar to mine. After I got my room it smelled like it was closed off and smelled. There rest of my experience was good. Great staff and facilities. They need a better process to check guest in.

The hotel lost power/AC and our room was 78 at night. The beach was covered in algae and seaweed, and the decomposition of all the organic matter reeked like death making breathing outside almost impossible
