Amazing property, many pools, clean, great service, polite and smily staff.
Unfortunately 2 out of the 10 days, they had power outages resulting in no air conditioning, no elevator and intermittent water in the rooms, lobby and restaurants.
Front desk upgraded us from Marina to Ventus on the 5th days, and it was fantastic after.
Miguel (Manager of the Italian restaurant Trattoria D´Gulio) was exceptional...he really made our 20th anniversary memorable. Himself and his staff.
Truly appreciate it!

I think it is a property that should have more exposure. There is nice long clean beaches that has trees and shade. The beach doesn't have waves. Which makes it swimable out front. They have lifeguards. I didnt know that there has activities include like the waterpark, catamaran, and two water pools in the jungle. The food is amazing, you dont sign the room number. No beach vendors. Many a places to drink and eat. Amazing food no buffet.

We loved this resort so much! The resort grounds were beautiful! This is the perfect size of resort, you can walk from one side to the other in 5 minutes. We loved all of the quieter pools in front of each building!
The kids club was awesome! Our little guy loved going to the shows nightly, we appreciated a few adult only dinners!
The food and drinks were good! The steakhouse and French restaurants were our favorites for dinner. We enjoyed the nightly shows, the Mexican night was our favorite!
All inclusive vacations are not our favorite type of vacation, but we did enjoy this one! We would definitely choose this resort again!

The hotel was fairly nice but the surroundings and smell from the beach was awful. The beach looked horrific because of the sludge and seamoss, which I assumed created the awful smell. There should be clear notifications posted on the hotel site regarding the beach area so that travelers are aware to ensure the stay is accommodating for them. You definitely could not enjoy the beach or the view
