Horrible lugar las habitaciones de lo más sucio cucarachas insectos y la playa está llena de zargaso con un olor horroroso que entra alas habitaciones fue como una pesadilla pasar una noche allí el inodoro se tapó al primer uso tuvimos que salir de ese lugar ala mañana siguiente nada es igual a las fotos que están en el anuncio de ese horrible lugar

Nice rooms and facilities, The beach is not usable most of the year due to seaweed and smell. Hard to get golf cart transportation to travel around the park. Good restaurants and food. Terrible entertainment in evenings. The concerts are a joke.

Pool

YIKES!!! This is a two star condo, at a four star price. What a rip off! The Jacuzzi’s that you see are all cold water Jacuzzis. No heat. The pools were nothing like the pictures. One pool was actually across the street. The residents knew better than to eat at the small time. Condo diner. They smartly went elsewhere. There is no patch of BEACH here just boats tied up. No place to lay out of beach towel. The water was horrible, though it was that time of year with all the seaweed. The spas you saw with people in them were located in the penthouse area and had not been used at ages. One non-operational tub was even turned upside down. There was a constant leak in the living room & it was filling with water from the north west end, yet staff seem to care a little about it. MAID SERVICE is not every day. That’s because it’s a condo, not a hotel. We went through hell to just get a couple extra bath towels. What was good about this place- good location; The bell-boy ISIDRO took us to the beach on the electric golf cart when it wasn’t in the shop for repair ; and The third floor, outdoor patio was nice for breakfast I would never go back to this place again. I’m even thinking of putting a hold on the charge; and saying it was fraud… Which it was MS

The staff was just business, not friendly, we had to ask all the questions related to our stay, we arrived early, understanding our room was not or would not be ready, the one lady at the bakery was rude. the Room was ok, nice view, however the bath/shower was a disaster, the rim around the bath tub has no “Lou” “buffer” so she the shower is on the water runs along the edge and on the bathroom floor causing flooding. NO it’s not because the shower curtain was open! Pretty and nice does always mean practical!. The outside bar next to the pool closes at 6, seriously! They took our food and moved it inside. We will not be returning, we’ll take our chances with another Hotel/resort. My wife used the spa/massage, the massage was good, but the therapist was just too talkative, when you go for “serenity” that is what you should expect some people like talkative, we wanted serenity and didn’t get it.

The room was cleaned daily and the staff did a great job. Staff were friendly and were willing to help with suggestions or directions when called upon. Breakfast was good and served outside by the ocean. Pool bar service was prompt but not annoying.
