The room was clean and all the staff were very helpful and friendly. I will say the room was clean and cleaned regularly. The pictures on Expedia are deceiving. The building needs some remodeling and the picture look like they were taken when the place was built. The pool wasn't working the last two days and was cloudy and a little green. The elevator was also out of service. Not that that was an issue but if you can't do stairs and you are on the third floor it is something to be aware of. Our hot tub wasn't working, but the staff got right on it. Staff again was perfect.

Loved most all the wildlife, the cenotes, and the natural jungle environment. The underground tunnels and suspension bridge are an excellent plus!
The resort was undergoing a few renovations to restaurants during our stay but it didn’t negatively impact our stay. They may have also led to lower occupancy but this was probably an advantage for us.
The food was good and the staff very helpful and friendly. The family rooms are big and clean! There are multiple pools, one quiet and one more centered around entertainment and group activities. The waterpark was fun for my 7-year-old. The nightly entertainment was great!
This was the perfect blend of fun and nature and fit our families needs perfectly.
