9.2/10 Wonderful! (1,001 reviews)
Room: the room itself was clean, they left a note in the bathroom that said they would be in to change the sheets every three days fine. The housekeeper was in our room up to 3x a day. Why. Not changing the towels, then turn down service, unnecessary. I didn’t like how they were in the room multiple times a day. Also they knocked on our door at 3 and tried to get in. The last night we got food poisoning and what do you think is worse than sharing a toilet? The toilet not working. They had no water from 3am to 6am. They gave me a bucket to flush the toilet that didn’t work. It was a nightmare.
Staff: all amazing and super helpful
Bar: drinks were about $18 each and all very good
Breakfast: food was great with the exception of getting sick
