A+ Great Hotel.. My wife and I will totally come back and stay there again.

All good! I love Kempton hotels, and this one did not disappoint.

The staff were really nice. Our room was clean, comfortable bed, nice fluffy towels. My only complaint is that the bathroom vanity is really SMALL. For two females, it was very difficult to even put our stuff out that we needed every day.

Overall, I’d give my stay about a 3.8/5. There were some good things, but also quite a few areas that could use improvement. The room was really small, and the bathroom felt like it was in a closet — very cramped. The furniture and everything in the room also felt pretty old and worn. The closet wasn’t very useful either since there were no hangers or laundry bag. The elevators were another issue. It seemed like we were waiting forever for one to arrive. I was glad there was a gym, but it was very small and pretty outdated. There was barely any room to move around, no mirrors, and the benches were quite old. The valet parking was also expensive, and it took a long time to get the car when we needed it. On the plus side, the housekeeping was good and the room was kept clean. Overall, it was an okay stay, but I think the hotel could really benefit from some updates and improvements.

This place is a dump! Should be ranked 2 stars not 4. Will was the only nice/helpful staff member. The carpets were disgusting, the shower was tiny, the maids closet was right outside our room however, they couldn’t manage to clean it very well. Both elevators broke while we were there with our baby and luggage. We had an early flight out and no one would answer the phone for the service elevator until we went downstairs to get someone to help. Definitely not worth the money, unless someone paid us to stay. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
