Liked the location, property was just not clean. The smell in the hallway when we were staying on was so nasty. Sheets had stains. Bathroom wasn’t clean had to go buy cleaning supplies. View was nice though

The location couldn't be better!
Right at the foot of the Santa Monica Pier! Entrance to the high way right there close. Bicycle rental place and parking garage right across the street!
Free use of boogie boards included. Cool tubular fireplace in the lobby with a warm gas fire crackling was a nice touch. Also we had a very tasty and quality brunch at the bar of the hotel restaurant, and the bartender was so very nice, and shared around a complimentary fresh carrot juice he had just made from huge carrots brought back from the farmer's market a couple blocks away!
We loved our stay at the Pierside!

Lovely hotel and great reception seating area with open fire. We weren’t made aware of the discount or allowance in the hotel restaurant sadly on check in so missed that perk. Room nice and comfy ~ shower over bath always a bit of a pain but that’s personal preference. Great selection of snacks and drinks in mini bar. Thoughtful selection. Great location for walking along the front and easy to get everywhere. Would come back!
