Fiesta Island Cheap Holidays

Horrible service. No customer experience considered. Long wait for check in and check out. Pool was overcrowded and when we tried to go to the beach we were charged for seats that would have been free by the pool if you found any seating, which was impossible. Breakfast sucked and the hostess was lost and looked like she hatted her job and made customers feel it. We were promised three different tables and they were all given to others while we were waiting for tables to get set up. Overall for the money we paid it was ridiculous. We didn’t get the convenience of parking, we didn’t get the convenience of customer service, we did not enjoy our visit.

I never received the prosecco that was supposed to be in our room when we arrived until I called three times. The phones didn’t work in the rooms and air conditioner was soo loud and annoying. The pools were both packed and not one chair available. Overall we were sadly disappointed.

The property is nice. The area isn’t due to the streets being full of unused people, food, and urine on the streets and sidewalks.
