"Our room wasnt resdy. Check in was at 3pm . We checked in at 4pm. No offer of any discount or offer to make it right. The shower was either boiling hot or freezing cold. Could not get in it. Basically had to take a sponge bath. No ice machine. Wifi poor connection so streaming on tv kept loading. Heads up $60 cash deposit required to get the room.
