Ditch the car and explore PB on foot, with top restaurants, bars, and cafes all within walking distance.

Inside, the home features a spacious living room with a large sectional and smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. The fully remodeled kitchen includes modern appliances, cooking essentials, and a cozy dining nook. Both bedrooms offer plush queen beds, blackout curtains, and calming beach-inspired decor. The bathroom is bright and clean, featuring a full tub/shower combo and fresh towels.

A full-size sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping space. Guests also have access to a shared laundry room just downstairs.

Whether you’re here to surf, sightsee, or simply unwind, this home gives you the perfect base to experience San Diego’s best beach neighborhood like a local.
No kids please (besides infants) due to the floors being rather thin. It can get really loud for guests downstairs. Please be respectful and keep noise to a very very minimum. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES ALLOWED!! We live in the same building and will know immediately, so don't even try it!!

Any parties or repeated excessive noise complaints by downstairs guests will result in eviction with no refunds.

Great location in Pacific Beach walking distance to everything we needed: beach, restaurants, grocery store. The unit was very clean, plenty of towels, blankets, dishes. Laundry option was convenient.

The apartment was clean and had what we needed for our weekend. The neighborhood was quiet and it was a short walk to the beach. Plenty of eateries within walkung distance.

Overall everything was great! Location was perfect. Apt has kitchen stuff to cook. Only complaint is the floor was dirty, our white socks turned black.
