8.6/10 Excellent! (2,152 reviews)
Amazing boutique hotel! So happy to find such friendly staff and so hospitable.
My biggest concern when travelling is pet friendly and we were very welcome here with my toy poodle.
Great hotel for young families, pet parents and the beach accessibility couldn’t be better.
Thank you all the hotel staff, looking forward to returning

9.2/10 Wonderful! (411 reviews)
Coffee was $11/Cup for small 8 Oz. And $25 for a prepackaged sandwich! 😳 Just ridiculous! Room A/C was so loud we could not sleep. Despite complaining, nothing could or was done to address it. 👎 Construction next door was load and dusty, rendering the balcony useless. 🙁 If we hadn't gotten a great rate on-line (Expedia) for this hotel, we'd have left to stay somewhere else.
5 Star Hotels don't have these issue. I'd give it 3.5 Star at best.

8.2/10 Very good! (1,193 reviews)
The hotel is very good, with clean, comfortable, and well-maintained rooms.
The location is excellent, making it easy to access the main attractions in the area.
The staff were generally attentive and helpful.
The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of options and well-prepared food.
The hotel facilities are also pleasant and look just like the photos.
Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and think it is a great option for those looking for comfort and convenience.
The only downside was the noise in the hallways.
At times, it was possible to hear people talking and walking through the corridors, especially during quiet hours.
For light sleepers, this could be a little disturbing.
Overall, though, I had a very good experience and would stay at the hotel again.
