Absolutely clean rooms , Helpful staff that are Always ready to help in any situation
Breakfast is plentiful and restocked every morning, a mixture of continental breakfast and with local delicacies.
The hotel has 2 pools: one in the roof top and then one in the bottom floor with a jacuzzi included

Hotel rooms dated and in need of refurbishment. Air conditioning very loud and turning itself on and off. Lots of noise from neighbouring rooms. No mention when booking of all the building work next to the hotel. However, spa and pool facilities were very good and the breakfasts and staff were excellent

Great hotel, clean and friendly helpful staff. The disability amenities could be improved, the ramps are quite steep but the staff are always happy to assist. I found the shower difficult to access with a wheelchair. Excellent restaurant, great food. Overall I would recommend highly.

Excellent hotel with 24/7 reception manned by helpful and obliging staff. Breakfast spread excellent- rooms very comfy and soundproof ensuring good night's sleep . Room service carried out well , despite one oversight which was immediately remedied as soon as we reported it . Can't wait to go back next year !!!
