The hotel is in a lovely location on Lake Orta, within close proximity to Orta San Giulio. However, the hotel itself is looking rather shabby and is in need of a makeover. The rooms are a good size, but the air conditioning is extremely noisy, making it difficult to sleep with it switched on. Unfortunately, without the air conditioning, the rooms become uncomfortably hot. The hotel was reasonably clean. Cooked breakfast was disappointing, particularly the scrambled eggs, which were terrible. There was, however, a good selection of cold continental breakfast options, and the cappuccinos were excellent. We would probably not stay here again,

It was nicely located and easy to reach everywhere. Although we put requests on higher floor room, the request was not reached to the hotel and we were obliged to stay the first floor room which we didn’t like.

Beautiful family run hotel perfectly located on the crystal clear Lago D’Orta. Clean spacious room and really helpful friendly staff. A restaurant and also a rooftop bar offer excellent food at reasonable prices.

Lovely charming hotel - spotlessly clean and great staff. Lovely bar, (The HemingwayBar) great views over the Lake and an easy walk from the town centre. Fun pool with high diving board. The breakfast was oddly limited - almost no hot food - and this could be better. Overall it was great and we would happily return.

Room was clean and seemed to have been updated. Had a room facing the road but noise was night bad. Great breakfast!
