Hotel is about 10-12km from Pattaya center depending the area. Hotel area is peaceful, but because of that it's not so easy to shopping quickly something. Swimming pool with pool bar is great and there is also possibility to eat on the pool area. Hotel has own beach area and it's possible to do long beach walk. Rooms are clean and we had a great view from 24th floor. Hotel has chocolate hour every day from 16 to 17, when they offer something sweet like brownies, chocolate nuts, etc. for free in the restaurant. That was something special. It's great hotel when you want just relax and swim on the pool and be far from busy city areas.

I have to say, without a doubt the staff at this property are extraordinary. They were always available to help,, very good attention to detail, everything was top notch. The breakfast buffet is exceptional And has more than you could want If your looking for a resort experience that has everything, this is where you want to be.

We had a wonderful family stay at Centara Grand Mirage Beach Resort Pattaya. The resort is fantastic for families, with a beautiful private beach, fun water park, and plenty to keep both adults and children entertained. A special thank you to Jolie at the Front Desk, who was warm, patient, and professional throughout our check-in. She immediately made us feel welcome. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with an impressive variety of local and international dishes. We also enjoyed the seafood BBQ, which was flavorful and well prepared, although the selection was not quite as extensive as breakfast. Our biggest highlight was the exceptional service from Rush, one of the poolside attendants. When my wife's hotel sandals were taken from her chair, Rush went above and beyond to help us. He took the initiative to find a replacement pair and turned what could have been a frustrating situation into a wonderful example of genuine hospitality. Thank you to Rush, Jolie, and the entire Centara Grand Mirage team for making our stay so memorable. We had a fantastic family vacation and would happily return and recommend this resort to others.
