    "The staff are superb! They do their best with the facilities they have. This is not a 4 star hotel--2 stars at best. It is in real need of a comprehensive remodel. Breakfast was tasty but very basic. Otherwise I didn't eat there. The hotel is rather isolated and travel to the north or east sides of the island took 45 to 60 minutes via grab or bolt. Again, 5 stars to the staff. But for the price, you can do better."

    "In summary, disappointing. A stunning hotel that could easily have received 5 stars. But with a lack of understanding of hospitality and poor customer service, they don't even deserve 1 star. The breakfast is good, fresh and delicious, but the area is tiny, which is not always pleasant to take food and there is no room for all guests, so they have to wait or sit in the sun without shade. The worst was the pool area, where it turns out you are not allowed to bring your own water, drinks or food..."

    "Excellent resort. Great pool. Great breakfast. Quiet location in bo phut, however only 5 min grab ride (or 15 min walk) to Fisherman's village which has all the touristy stuff you need, including markets every second day. Cheap massages on the beach behind pool and jet skis are handy. 2x 7-11s next door. A few good and cheap restaurants - the one at Pico's next door on beach is great. Everything very clean and tidy and very friendly staff. Free mini bar stocked everybody with a few drinks...."

    "A property with direct taxes to a very very clean stretcher beach and ocean. Swimming pools but immaculate with plentiful sunbeds and cabanas, but disappointing parents will allow their children to occupy Cabanas whilst they relaxed and the children were unsupervised. This would make a very lovely adults only resort the breakfast. Terrace was excellent and choice was wide. Overall, we really had a good stay here and it is conveniently located fishermans market area and local restaurants."
