Valencia Beach Holidays

The property itself is very central to a lot of amenities and points of interest. It really is a great location for sightseeing and good eats. The breakfast buffet was well worth the €15 and came with everything from fresh fruit to scrambled eggs and sausage. The rooms were spacious and clean. Would highly recommend.

This is without doubt shocking value for money for 4 nights in a junior suite. Location is average at best. Staff were obviously contemptuous towards foreigners unless guests were Spanish. Nothing explained at check in. Stayed for 4 nights with not one “Hola or Buenos” throughout our whole stay. They were unaware I spoke fluent Spanish. (Quite condescending) Can’t comment on breakfast as we did not eat there. The room was average. On a noisy part of town. Ear plugs were supplied. That did not help with screaming down the corridors of the hotel on 2 out of the 4 nights @3am. Plug socket next to my bed was unusable “safety”. Two TV’s not 1 smart TV as I would have expected after silly money per night. No iron The Barman was pleasant. A simple request for a cork screw to be replaced took 3 days after asking twice. Terrace - Taking your drinks up 6 floors from the reception. A few chairs overlooking buildings. I could go on. But trust me. Do not stay here. Stay in an apartment closer to the sights. For half the price. This is easy a 15 min walk to the València Cathedral. The only positive this hotel has it’s a 3 minute walk from Xàtiva Metro. “STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE”

Very nice stay

Initially booked a junior suite room. This room smelled of stale cigarettes. Upon mentioning this to the front desk staff, they offered to use an air purifier. This did not make a difference. We stayed in the room for the night, hoping we might get used to the smell. But it was causing nausea and a headache. The manager graciously upgraded us to the presidential suite, as I believe it was the only suite type available. This suite had hardwood flooring, and smelled clean, thankfully. The space was very nice. Location of the hotel is great. Staff are friendly. Pool and outdoor area is a bit small for the number of people using it.
