Bearing in mind you will have luggage it won't be a good experience to carry cases 2 flights of stairs up and down. The staff were not always around to help me with my luggage. I booked a taxi to return to the train station, housekeeping were informed I needed help going down the 2 flights of stairs but, they did not arrive and I somehow in my 70s got my cases downstairs.
