Been renovated since our last stay when it was the mercure. Lovely room with big comfy bed and new bathroom with walk in shower. Great choice at breakfast, only complaint is the coffee from the machine was Luke warm. Very central location. Will defo stay again when in Glasgow.

As a previous guest at this hotel I was disappointed that it looks a bit careworn in places. However it still has great staff and nice touches for guests to enjoy

We stayed in the new building, and the room was lovely. Modern amenities but very charming still. They are very dog friendly and had a dog bed and water bowl waiting in our room! The entire staff was friendly and efficient. We will definitely return.
