A most enjoyable and relaxing few days. The dining was superb and the spa excellent. Just wish I could have stayed longer.

Beautiful location. Great view from bedroom, and restaurant. Good sized room with comfortable bed. Breakfast was also very good, and friendly helpful manager.

Staff service was excellent. Good was amazing. Some noise at night due to creeky floorboards above. Room was lovely with nice touches eg water and biscuits.

Without previous knowledge of Brander Lodge I was happy to find my room so well appointed and kind attention of experienced staff in the spacious dining , lounge and bar areas as well as the warm welcome I received from the host . All making my two night stay pleasant and relaxing . I am encouraged to make a return visit when coming to Oban area . I am recommending Brander Lodge to my friends and family .

Perfect location for the night before taking on N3P starting with Ben Nevis. Check in was quick and easy with very friendly / helpful and professional owner / staff. Rooms were spacious and well equipped as were the toilets / showers. Kitchen and lounge were likewise. Highly recommended.

Pet friendly Great location

One of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. (I’m top 1% of Expedia travellers). Good hotel, provides you with good breakfast and a bar next door with wood fired pizza. Great for access to fort William and Ben Nevis or general access to the highlands.

Lovely character-filled property. Staff very helpful and nothing too much trouble. Breakfast was perfect for us. Plenty of choice both cooked and continental. We enjoyed dinner at the hotel and although very good they could have offered more potatoes and vegetables especially for large hungry men. Great place to stay and would return.

Clean amenities

My wife and I are just back from a lovely weekend at Inn at Ardgour. Staff were very pleasant and very helpful. We had a bar suppers which were very good and reasonably priced. Despite being so close to the hubbub of normal life, Ardgour is just so peaceful and quiet. Noticed some people have complained about ferry, but we all know it stops at 9.30pm, so get there on time. Alternative is 35 mile trip on single track road, great in daylight but I wouldn't fancy doing it in the dark. Great...
