Greater North Lyon All inclusive Holidays

Worst ever experience. Never stay here again. They are thieves and always look for over charge the customers. They accused of stealing items from the property that we putted on the cleaning bag. So beware of the this disgusting holiday company.

Excellent but staff on reception could be a bit friendlier

Ski slope in front of Hotel. Staff is just wonderful and kind.

After reading the reviews online I was pretty worried that we were going to arrive to a messy, downrun and unsuitable accommodation however we were pleasantly surprised. Our apartment was clean and was very suitable for a weeks stay. Plenty of room. One downside was there was only one small sofa bed in the lounge, after a long day on the slopes it would have been nicer to be comfy. There was only one shower, which in an apartment for 8 was tough and it was in the an en-suite. Other than that a perfect stay, with lots of snow the undercover parking was very much needed!

The reason I pick members of The Leading Hotels of the World is not only because the properties and locations are exceptional and always in the very center of a city or the best spot on a beach. Villa Maia is not. It’s situated on a long and steep hill and you need a taxi to go everywhere and no other restaurants, cafes or stores nearby. While the room was fairly large the bathroom was small. Also the place felt unfinished: they have an indoor pool with a cool hot tub and nice lounge chairs right in front but the windows don’t open and you have to go through the bar area to go to the pool. It would have been much better if they would have sliding doors to create a seamless indoor-outdoor experience or built an outdoor pool area instead of the grass/weed area. It feels like they run out of money.

Okay for a one night stay. Close to shops and restaurants.

The Pullman Lyon was a wonderful experience. Very clean, modern, quiet and staff who care about their guests.
