The hotel feels very old and outdated. I really liked the beach access and the location, but unfortunately, the service was disappointing. One of the staff members was not welcoming at all, and the way he spoke to me made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. The hotel has potential because of its beach access, but the property needs updating and the staff should be more professional and welcoming

Clean room staff friendly

I just spent 3 fantastic days at Valeria Jardins d'Agadir and I highly recommend it! The staff were very welcoming and helpful from check-in. The rooms are clean, comfortable and recently renovated. The All Inclusive food was great with a lot of variety for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The buffet had international and Moroccan dishes and everything was fresh. The pools and gardens are beautiful and very well maintained. The hotel is also just a 5-minute walk from Agadir beach. For the price and service, it’s excellent value. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was okay, nothing special. Beds were hard as a rock. For the price I paid , I was expecting plush pillow tops. My suite smelled of chemicals. Entertainment was meh. Best part of the stay is the proximity of the hotel to the beach and the friendly staff.

I noticed several restaurants and the club that was shut down...it would have been nice to see these places too. Overall though we enjoyed the Hotel very beautiful.
