Lantau Island All inclusive Holidays

The staff was very helpful especially with English being a second language for them. WIFI could be better...but it's free. Reception area had a bad smell. The rest of the hotel was fine. The free breakfast was very filling.

I did not like that the rooms are not soundproof. Staff were friendly and welcoming. I love that they have washer and dryer. Nice pool, small kids playground and good views. I ate at their restaurant but I didn’t like it, it’s better to order takeout.

The tv programs not good , nothing much to watch

Compared with last year, the service quality has unfortunately gone downhill. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast buffet. The staff appeared cold and lacked enthusiasm, and they were slow to clear used plates, making the dining experience less enjoyable. I hope the hotel will improve its customer service to match the Disney standard that guests expect.

Kind staff

Sheung Wan is a marvelous place to visit and this hotel is very well placed for that. Lots of great restaurants of all kinds nearby and easy transport options available. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Near my interest area

This hotel is located next to a rubbish management facility and close to a market. So it is located at a not so nice environment. However, the hotel is very close to public transportation especially if you are taking A11 airport bus. The reception is located on level 3. The hotel is relatively new although the room is a bit small but has all the standard facilities. It is also very good value. Highly recommend for single traveler and for a short stay in Hong Kong.
