A lively area. The room was extremely old. Wallpaper was ripping. I didn't get the room that I was supposed to have at the hotel. They transferred me to a different one. You had to leave a deposit of $100 Hong Kong in case you lose the key. Upon checkout there was no one at the front desk to give the key to or get the $100 Hong Kong. Left the key on the desk. Other guests were witnesses. NOT getting credit was informed someone would always be at that front desk. Miss my bus and almost missed my plane waiting. The room was small but very clean. Most of the time, you didn't see the staff, but they were there immediately when you needed help. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, such as Ms. Mira. The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient to go anywhere, with a 24-hour convenience store downstairs. It's a two-star hotel, but all the services and facilities are better than a three-star hotel. At this price, I've never seen a better hotel; it's absolutely excellent value for money! For sure come back again for my next trip in Hong Kong. Please note : they have 9F and 6F, higher would be better!
