The hotel is great. Easy walk to Wynn and Encore and directly across the street from the mall access.
Just be aware that if you get Amazon packages delivered to the hotel they charge a $50 signing fee. That was not told to me when I called to inquire about package delivery.

Construction was going on during our stay so no water from 11pm to 8am. No ice machine on our floor and had to go to multiple floors to find one that worked. I had a hurt knee and needed to ice multiple times a day. The bummed knee kept me from using amenities. After checking in staff said they would have extra blankets and pillow sent to room but it never showed up. I did call the next day and they brought it.
Overall our stay was fine, the air conditioning worked great, room was clean and staff was very friendly.
