South Las Vegas All inclusive Holidays

Unless you want to spend a lot of money to stay in one of the higher class rooms, I would not recommend staying here. Our room was a lot smaller than it looked online, as was the pool, the shower was leaking the entire time, and the staff customer service was very poor. Anytime we asked the staff a question they acted like we were the most annoying/ inconvenient part of their day. And these were simple questions like how much something was when there wasn’t a price tag on it. There was a refrigerator that worked in our room, but you better hope you don’t need to warm anything up because there is not microwave and you have to pay $35 to rent one. This is a bit ridiculous when you can literally buy a microwave for only $50 at Walmart. All in all, our experience at the hotel was not the best and was overpriced for the quality of our room.

The place is great except for the lame gym and lack of refrigerator in room. Two big negatives and very basic.

This is our go to place every time we visit Las Vegas. We love the Wynn and Encore. Had booked Wynn this trip but they put us in Encore which we were fine with. Only issue is the extremely long wait time in line for the breakfast buffet, it was 1 & 1/2 hours long everyday, we skipped 2 days and ate elsewhere. Wish they would have easy reservations or priority for guest staying at the hotel. It's such a waste of time standing in line for food. Other than that we love the vibe of this place and will definitely be back.

Our overall stay was very nice. A few disappointments were the suite didn’t have any coffee and the linens were not comfortable. We expected soft sheets and towels and they were not. The pools and spas were lovely.

Glasses were stolen by housekeeping. Pool closes at 7pm.....really?!? No fridge?!?!? $365 resort fee added?!?!? Other than those things it was great.

Rooms were renovated so that was excellent. The common areas were outdated stale and old. Service was really slow. Waiting 1 day for toilet paper and clean towels. Elevators were out of service and the remaining elevators were completely occupied until 3 am each night. Several guests had to take the stairs with luggage coolers and personals down the emergency exit stairs Food court restaurants were short staffed.
