Dining room staff were not good at taking an order for an evening meal and following up that the meal had been delivered to the table. The vegetables and fries were cool indicating that perhaps the meal was waiting around. There were not many smiles either. Conversely the reception staff were excellent. they helped with changing the room to a twin and to help organise a tour for the following morning. They also had lovely smiles as did the breakfast staff. Excellent omelette.

This hotel was very poor and we regret booking it. Staff clearly did not care - we had no TV remote for 3 hours and had to ask multiple times for them to find a replacement. Staff sat on their phones claiming they were too busy to help. Our room was cleaned in a rush - there were clumps of fluff/dust on the tables and dirt on some of the bedding. They weren't able to, and the only solution they offered was a downgrade to a smaller room where the TV was placed on top of a wardrobe in the corner of the room, meaning part of the TV was always blocked too. Staff never once offered an apology. Manager Abby was entirely useless, unable to make any decisions without calling the owner. Owner Ila was entirely unsympathetic to our room with no TV and offered no apology or compensation. Shuttle itself was fine but hourly, which is too infrequent for a 6 minute drive. Food tasted okay but nothing at all was labeled. My partner has an egg allergy and was told to look up a dish herself to see if it had eggs in, as the staff weren't sure. If you have allergies or dietary restrictions, this place is literally UNSAFE for you! Coffee machine was broken and staff would not resolve the issue. The grounds were nicely decorated and the lawn area was nice in the sunshine. Handwash smelled great although the pump for it was broken. If you are looking for a cheap stay near the airport between flights, pay a tiny bit more and stay closer to the airport - we would if we were there again.

I stayed in the apartment for 10 days. On the 3rd day I asked my room to be clean and nobody showed up, 4th I went down again none showed up. On the 5th day I had to tell I will report them online before someone came to clean. Since then I didn’t wanted to go and request anything and it’s the 9th day, the day before I leave some show up to clean. One of the sunny day I went to the 6th floor to relax with my girl around 3pm and all the place was dirty, left over food on the counter, on the tables, on the floor even outside by the pool, it was discussing and very disappointed. I decided to go report it to the lady at the reception and she me: “ ah sorry it’s because they have party up the yesterday but there is no cleaner on site today’’ I just went back up take my girl to the apartment. I will never stay in that complex nor advise anyone to stay there. It’s not okay to spend such a money for an apartment and you can not enjoy!!!!

The property is a 3 minute drive from the airport but it's not walkable, so you must take one of their shuttles which drives every 15 minutes. The hotel itself is nice but the heater in my room wasn't working.
