"The hotel staff were great. Good location. Good for kids of all ages as there was a playground,

and all water activities. The rooms were average the bathroom vanity area is located in the living area not in the bathroom look at the pictures good. Overall not worth the $400 nightly cost the rooms are equal to a Holiday in and there are a Lot of hotels in the immediate area. I will not be back. "

"No elevators which we didn’t know. Rooms are good for what they are, but dated and limited counter top space. Our AC didn’t seem to want to get cold enough. I would stay here again knowing the rooms are just the mountain/homey feel. Didn’t try breakfast but the river view of the rooms was really nice. Staff were very kind and helpful. "

"The rooms are spacious and clean. Our bed was very comfortable. Love that the property has a nice pool and hot tub. The staff was friendly and helpful. The landscaping could use some TLC. Overall, we would stay here again."

"Overall is good place to stay. Close downtown and RMNP enterance. We don’t use many thing in there but there are heated pool, game for family and the place to take a rest outside. Staff is very nice. But If you stay in a room on the side of the road, you will wake up to the sound of cars passing by in the morning. And Don't expect a breakfast like a hotel. They have boiled eggs, bread, yogurt, oatmeal, bananas, tangerines, coffee and juice, and just a few snacks to take with you on a hike."

"Great location family owned with amenities like a heated pool, hot tub, fenced in free bikes and a simple continental breakfast walkable to everything in the historic downtown. I would stay there again and a HUGE dog park caddy corner from property. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in one of the River (“Deluxe”) units! The pool, firepit area and river were great bonuses. The room was like a nice tiny cabin, quiet and easy. The only reason I rated it 3 for staff is because there are none on-site. For us, the self check-in was easy once we figured out where our unit was. We didn’t automatically get our room number and code, but it was easy to contact the property through Expedia to receive it. "
