"The Property is well maintained and is perfect if you want a silent retreat. Though Minibar in room only contains 1 bottle of sparkling water, 1 pack of juice and a pack of milk together with a small chips bag and crackers. Room service is only available until 2230 which i think is early for a 5 star hotel, the hotels shuttle service was a positive surprise even though there where not as many times you could order it. The staff was extremely nice and service minded which gav the little extra....

was also pretty good. The property is a little old though and could do with an upgrade, food could also be better. The balcony area that leads to the pool can be better cleaned as there is always bird poop on the lounge chairs, though its understandable that is a little hard to control."

"My family (with a baby, toddler, teenager and adults) , had a fantastic stay over Christmas at the Veranda resort in Hua-Hin - Cha Am. Excellent service and with a most beautiful location right at the beach. We had 2 suites by the pool and one room with a veranda and a stunning view over the ocean. We'll definitely come back!! "
