"The cabin was very clean. The sofa/bed was very comfortable as was the bed in the bedroom. Lots of windows. Working fireplace. Ample towels. Pool/jacuzzi really nice. Parking easy.Water dispenser, coffee, and ice machine in lobby (only available during lobby hrs). Lake right there. I think the only mild complaint is in regards to the kitchen. The positive is large fridge freezer. . Could use a cutting board and a medium sauce pan. Also no salt/pepper. A small dish drainer in the second sink would also be helpful. These are minor complaints. I would definitely stay there again. "

"Our stay here was excellent. It was close to everything like stores , restaurants and entertainment. Jackie the front desk receptionist was very informative and friendly. She made our check in very comfortable and easy. This place is renovating most of their rooms and ours as well was recently done as well. It was a small room but cozy. It had natuarl ac which was a celing fan and windows. Some rooms do have ac. When we come back we would like to book the family room that was really big inside with a full kitchen, loft and living room area. It wasnt expensive staying here. They also have a pool and jacuzzi close by that looked very inviting. "

"The location is good near the lake and village. I liked the room but it was a bit warm. It’s good the windows could be opened and that there was a ceiling fan. It is a short drive to everything in Big Bear. "

The beds were soft and clean, and the room was comfortably furnished with a small dining table, cabinet, fireplace, and fridge. Although breakfast was included, we had early plans and didn’t get to try it; it appeared to be a simple offering of cereal and fruit. Overall, this spot would be a great fit for families, couples, or solo travelers alike.”"
