There is an easy walk to the main street, where you are able to access, cafes and shopping malls either by taxi or the Maxim car (i.e. like Grab) from the Hotel or use the air con buses or jeepneys. Staff were without fail helpful, courteous & pleasant The rooftop bar & pool facilities were simply outstanding. "From the moment that we arrived there was no assistance with baggage and waited 20 minutes for front desk staff to check is in. This was a clear sign of what was to come but, oh it gets better. Reserving the family suite was disappointing as well. 2 single mattresses put together to make a queen bed is actually smaller than a double bed and extra mattresses were P800 each. The bathroom was small and no hot water is available. In the description it states there's a restaurant on site...
