"We’ve traveled to Cancun several times and decided to give this hotel a try for something new. Unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the biggest mistakes we’ve made while traveling. Shortly after unpacking on our first day, we noticed bugs crawling across the floor and quickly realized they were cockroaches. We immediately contacted the front desk, frustrated and concerned, especially since we were traveling with a baby. The hotel offered to move us, but the new room was directly upstairs from the original room where we found the roaches. Because of this, we never felt comfortable fully unpacking our baby’s belongings or relaxing during our stay, knowing there were cockroaches in the area. Management did not handle the situation well, and overall the experience was extremely disappointing. We ended up leaving 4 days early because we no longer felt comfortable staying at the hotel. Very disappointed overall and would not return."

"I loved the 24/7 room service amenity and the fridge included amenity. Staff is excellent food was really good. The rooms need maintenance though especially the bathrooms the mirrors are roasted and faucet as well. But other than that I loved this hotel and the customers service was excellent with an exception of a bar tender that seem to be the there doing his job so miserable didn’t get his name though, but that’s it. The rest of the staff really nice and helpful."

"The food and drinks were sub par. Also there are animals all around which we enjoyed but that also comes with animal feces everywhere."

"We had the privilege upgrade which was 100% worth it. We had a great experience every time we ate at the privilege lounge, every interaction was the best, they do their best to provide you with the best service, Manuel was our waiter most of the time, he was amazing every single time. Pedro, the manager of the restaurant always makes sure you are receiving the best possible treatment. Out butler, Ariz, was great as well, always available with the best attitude to help. Belen from privilege Lounge, Antonio from the pool bar, Lizbeth the pool waitress, Jorge from the privilege office and Ronaldo from the Italian reataurant were all amazing. The food at this resort was great, the cleaning service always had the areas spotless, and the convenience of having everything closed by made our stay the perfect family vacation."

"The breakfast buffet started to get boring because it was the same stuff everyday. The 24hr lounge had a strong air freshener which made it difficult to sit in there and eat. The food was the same everyday in the 24hr lounge. The ac in our room did not work. Pool was beautiful and warm, and resort was very clean."

"Very clean, comfortable room, great food selection, amazing staff. Special shout out to Diego, from the Unfortunately, there are no beach cabanas, so shade is only possible under the palm trees. It looks nice, but it could be an issue if you have kids. Entertainment at the pool was too loud. No bar service at the beach, so if you are at the beach far from the pool bar (up the stairs), you won’t get many drinks/food through the day, unless you keep walking back and forth. "
