"An Excellent Experience, with an Exceptional Team My experience during my vacation at Haven Hotel was excellent. What I would especially like to highlight is the quality of the service. All of the staff were extremely professional, polite, attentive, and friendly. They made us feel welcome and very well taken care of throughout our entire stay. "I just returned from my second stay at Riu Latino in Costa Mujeres, and there is only one word that truly describes this hotel: excellence. This property delivers excellence in every sense — service, food, cleanliness, the beach, and all common areas. One of its greatest strengths is the staff. They are helpful, friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. From the moment the minivan door opens at arrival to the moment you depart; every team member is attentive and eager to assist. Their warmth and dedication elevate the entire experience. I will absolutely return to Riu Latino. I don’t feel the need to experiment with new places when I’ve already found one that consistently proves to be an outstanding vacation option. I’m already looking forward to my next trip to the Mexican Caribbean — and without a doubt, I’ll be staying at Riu Latino again."

"Good hotel. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because breakfast buffet basically has no AC and it’s extremely hot in the morning and was not comfortable at all. Otherwise staff is great, food is good too."
