When I explained that we had been told we could check out at 12 the staff member told me nothing was written to indicate that and became argumentative with me. I told her that perhaps the staff just forgot to write it down on my file but yet she just kept saying well it wasn’t written down. Anyway the hotel itself was good but wasn’t totally pleased with the service. I don’t think I would stay here again as there are other great hotels with similar pricing in the area. Even that lighting was poor but better than the vanity area - no clock radio, sure we all have phones now but I'm used to glancing at a clock radio to see what time it is, not having to bring my phone to bed and leave it on and grab to check the time? - you get 2 fruit once, your first day only - slow wifi internet, also a big disappointment I've stayed at 5 star hotels in Taipei twice in a year before this trip and it had what this property did not give me.
