I previously stayed last November for 28 nights, and this time for three nights. The hotel has nice rooms, great staff, and excellent location to the MRT and buses, and is in a very walkable location. I will be staying for my third visit in September. It was clean and staff were helpful. It probably could do with a refresh but otherwise comfortable. But the hair dryer wasn’t prepared, and when I asked, they tried to say they have it n guide me to find it. Since I’ve been staying this hotel quite often (3 months once) I told them was not there, 2 times, then they said they will deliver but they didn’t so I called again. I think it’s ok to miss out sometimes but when called, should send right away, as customer already lost patient when the hair is wet and couldn’t find the dryer. The good thing of staying often compare with many other hotels in town is bcoz this hotel has individual air-con, can switch off and can adjust. Sound proof, and room has window. The bed n mattress is good. Location is good. Often has some hotel which pic of room looks nice but the building itself looks very unsafe, don’t have sound proof at all and super cold n dry in the room due to centralized conditioning. Value to the money.
