The location is very convenient. Walking distance to Taipei station, ximending and some other attractions. The staff are nice and friendly. The cleanliness is good. I ordered the Deluxe Quadruple Room but the balcony is not accessible. No hangers in the bathroom which is inconvenient. Overall it is a good hotel for tourists.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel and rooms look great. We stayed here twice while in Taiwan while doing a weekend in another city, the hotel looked after our luggage during this time so we could just take a small bag with us. Both stays we had our room upgraded. The rooms were bigger than most other hotel rooms, as was the shower. Appreciate the free water in the lobby. Location is great, stairs right outside connecting to Taipei main station through a shopping mall, less than 10 minute walk to get to the platform. Walking distance to Ximen and Ningxia night market - we would bring food back to eat in the hotel where they having a seating/dining area. 100% would stay here again.

This hotel is very conveniently located near the Taipei Main Station and the airport express train station. It is also a new hotel with spacious rooms and good amenities. The snacks bar idea is awesome. It’s quiet and safe with very friendly and helpful staff. Room is modern and clean with a lot of USB charging stations. Very convenient location, very accessible to train, bus and airport. Underground mall enters through the front entrance can walk to thr station mall, many food options. The only thing is the toilet layout is a bit weird.
