I had some trouble trying to open the door but the staff walked me through the process. They did not asked for my approval and simply told me that I was changed to another hotel. The staff also sold my room at Shihlin 13 Home to another customer and gave my room key passcode to him. Therefore, the other customer was able to open my door. Fortunately, I was in the room and told him to contact the staff. If I lost anything in this event, the staff will not take any responsibility. The staff also gave my the wrong door passcodes several times.
