"If you can sleep next to a running truck engine, you can stay in this hotel. I walked into the room and the "machine" noise is so loud that I decided to ask if I can transfer to another room. The check-in lady had to apologize to me because she said their central air conditioning system is so old that the same noise is in every room. We barely slept. In addition, their bathrooms are so small (both ours and our son's rooms) that the small sink blocked one third of the bathroom entry. Also the old school style toilet, and the unstable temperature of the shower water. We never paid so much (after factor in tax, it's $250 per night) to stay in such a terrible hotel room, and we will never go back again."

"The room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was okay. The only downside was that the room magnetic stripe opener cards had to be re-programmed. Otherwise, a good value for money hotel!"

"The lobby building where we stayed was very nice. Well appointed. Renovated. Quiet. Nice grounds for kids to play. Water park was fun for all ages. Food was good. Nice bar. Staff in restaurant were really busy and could have used extra help, although it was Easter weekend so very busy at the hotel."

"The hotel/extended stay was amazing. I had the two bedroom apartment and I was not disappointed. The kitchen was fully stocked. The rugs sheds. The floor was dusty. The patio had ashes and cigarettes. The housekeeping manager was very nice as I ran into her in the hallway, she showed me around the pool and fitness area because I was lost and she was very useful when I needed extra towels during my stay. The residents were kind and fun to chill with. Overall, the place was great and I will definitely stay here again. I have very few suggestions: 1) They do not have a bellhops but have luggage carts to use on your own. You will need to return the carts you use but most people don't. Having a part-time bellhopper would be beneficial. 2) Towels for the pool should be easily accessible around the pool area. 3) They need a market or food around the pool. It will enhance the vibe. The surrounding areas have a lot of unhoused people and it can be kind of scary at night even though there are various food options around. 4) Housekeeping should not be an extra charge when you are staying for 3 plus days. "

"Missing refrigerator and was told they would have somebody install one. Never happened. Coffee service is one pot of stale coffee. Have to check out an iron. No hangers. Floor in restroom of room was dirty. Very unpleasant experience "

"Honestly, this was the most disgusting place I’ve ever stayed. I was booked here for work due to budget, and it was a nightmare from the moment I walked in. The room reeked of cleaner, clearly masking something worse. The bathroom smelled like sewage, had no hot water, a clogged sink, holes in the wall, and a loose fixture. The tub and floor were black-stained and filthy. The bed sheets were heavily stained, the door had large gaps with broken/non-functioning locks, and it felt unsafe. I reported issues immediately—nothing was fixed. I even had to buy my own bedding. Then came the cockroaches—multiple, including babies. I asked for the room to be cleaned while I was out; nothing was done. Maintenance eventually sprayed chemicals while I was in the room, leaving me unable to breathe, and threw dead roaches into my trash without emptying it. Staff’s “solution” was handing me air freshener. I was promised a refund, which was later reduced to $30. One employee even offered cash from his wallet—completely unprofessional. This was beyond unacceptable. Do NOT stay here."

"No kitchen"

"I flew into phoenix, as I am driving towards the property I start to notice the area is a bit sketch. I then see the property and start to question where I had reserved my stay. As I am checking in the young man at reception is not friendly. On the wall behind the reception there are all these signs like; No one within a 45 mile radius will be allowed to check in, no one other than guests in guest rooms and breakfast cannot be taken to rooms, that was amongst other signages. I get checked in. Big mistake! When I first walked into the room, I got some kind of strong scent, like those cheap car air fresheners. I called the front desk and the manager was sent to the room. Manager came, I had asked if they could remove the air freshener that was in the room and said she could not smell anything. The three solutions she offered were having housekeeping mop with just water, spray Febreeze or remove filters from AC unit. I asked if I could open the window, she said yes, that there was an additional lock on the window for safety. That was it. By that time my throat and head started hurting. I left for an event and never went back. I had a medical emergency and would have been far worse if I would’ve had to stay there. While I was elsewhere I reserved at an alternative location about 30 minutes away in Peoria. I do not recommend this place if you have scent sensitivity or allergies. If you are used to more higher class stays, this is not the place for you. Motel not hotel vibe. "

"Enjoyable, friendly staff and very accommodating. The main drawback was the heavy construction in the area. Our initial room felt a bit tucked away, so we requested one with more windows and natural light, which helped. Overall, the construction was the primary issue."
