Nestled in a prime location, just a stone throw from Gillygate and Bootham, two of York's well known streets packed with quirky shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. Just a 10 minute stroll from York Minsters and The Museum Gardens, this luxury property is ideally placed for a trip to explore York's historic past!
Heading into the property, there is a washer dryer for your use in the ground floor entrance. Up the first flight of stairs you will enter the cosy open plan living and dining space, equipped with a comfortable sofa, with the option to turn into a sofa bed. A large flat screen TV. A compact dining table for 4 guests is perfect to enjoy a home cooked meal in the fully equipped kitchen, with everything you could possibly need for a short stay in York, including an induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle and toaster.
The family bathroom can be found on the first floor and consists of modern tiling around the walk in shower. Heading up to the second floor, you will find the bedrooms. The first room is made up for 2 single beds and a smart flat screen TV. The master bedroom offers a luxury king bed with built in lighting around the headboard and a Smart Flat screen TV, also attached is an ensuite shower room for your use.
Each of the beds offer comfortable sleeping space, with luxury bed linen and towels provided for your use.
The property offers a convenient base for any type or length of stay, whether you are couple visiting York for its popular night life, a family looking to soak in the many tourist attractions, a key worker based in the hospital looking for a base to stay whilst away from home, the ideal location and stunning set up this space offers makes it the perfect choice.
Hair drying and Ironing facilities are provided for your use, allowing you to pack that little bit lighter. Free Virgin WIFI is provided throughout the property for your use.
Parking is sadly not available for free, however the location offers the luxury of having Union Terrace Car Park on your doorstep, so you can park your car next door for a daily charge!
