This place is great! The breakfast was delicious! The staff was very friendly and the room was very nice. Comfortable bed and lovely shower! The only issue I had was the heating system was a bit loud, but I think it was just the room. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again.

It is a nice property. My stay was good. However, the room wasn’t fully sound proof. I heard easily conversation in the next room. Further, the air conditioning in the room was noisy.

The Hyatt was amazing the staff were all exceptionally polite and informative. The interior as well as the rooms were quiet and clean. The Hyatt is located inside Cross County Shopping Center which causes extra foot and vehicle traffic which can cause obstacles for visitors. Overall the experience was great at the Hyatt.

Very convenient. It was a good stay. Not luxury but above average. Clean and personnel are very attentive. Good place to stay around Yonkers.

Property has no safe that I could lock away important documents and money/ jewelry. The breakfast was very limited and not much of a variety, the TV was so old fashioned and no interaction so couldn’t access Netflix/Youtube nor and other streaming services smh, I definitely need my money back as this was not what I signed up for, I definitely don’t recommend.

The hotel reaked of marijuana in the hallways and elevators. The manager canceled one of our room reservations for the 2nd night because we did not use the first night. Then she called the police to expel us completely at midnight. Our only disruptive behavior was the request to honor the prepaid commitment thru expedia

The property itself was great. I was just upset more with Expedia. When I checked in, they could not give me the room that I paid for. I was a little surprised by this. They told me it was because I did not book direct with them. I was not aware when you book a room through Expedia you have to be prepared that they don’t have to give you that room.

I booked for a room with King size bed and a sofa bed but I was giving a small room with no sofa bed which made me uncomfortable because it wasn't spacious enough to move around. Apart from that I will recommend the place for everybody.
