"Great location and friendly staff. Keep in mind when they say the window has an interior view, it's facing a shaft with no light so I am not sure what the window is for. But besides that, the room was very nice, everything was clean, and staff went above and beyond to be helpful."

"Wonderful stay with excellent service. We had a great stay at The Oriental Jade Hotel in Hanoi. The entire staff were excellent throughout our visit. The front desk team were extremely helpful. We also spent some time at the pool bar, where Back provided great service and took fantastic care of us. The breakfast is excellent and again the team did everything possible to ensure everyone enjoyed their meal. A special thanks to the management team, led by Mr. Brian Do, who went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable and memorable stay. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Hanoi."
