We had a wonderful time, so relaxing and comfortable. The hall is beautiful and the little touches make it special. Very friendly hosts

Lovely clean, quiet, very relaxing. Excellent service and delicious food.

Beautiful village setting, friendly and helpful.

Beautifully refurbished rooms, very friendly staff, and great food. Some noise from the bar/garden - as you would expect from an Inn - but very quiet after closing time, with a very comfy bed. Great value.

Amazing stay. Staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. Often hotels state pet friendly, but these guys added some really nice useful touches, to make us all welcome. Beautiful property in a great location.

Lovely stay! So many nice little touches - coffee milk etc. perfect for a long weekend!

Everything was absolutely fantastic the room, food and the service set in a lovely Norfolk village what more could you ask for will definitely stay again

The room was very spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. What really made the stay was the staff - I was unable to book a taxi to a wedding and one of the receptionists, Corina, offered to take me to the venue. What superb customer service and I can't thank her enough!

Beautiful surroundings in a lovely quiet village . Hosts were very welcoming and friendly and facilities were great . The en-suite double room we had was like having your own little bedsit . TV , settee and large comfy bed . Grounds to the property were lovely with lots of trees and fishing ponds . We only stared for one night but it was spot on . I think if we had stayed any longer we would not have wanted to go home .

Excellent from the start. Breakfast was a full English and i mean FULL.my hubby really enjoyed it. There was a wide choice of alternatives otherwise The evening meals made it hard to choose, never seen a sirloin steak large and cooked to perfection, it was delicious, All the staff were very helpful and cheerful. Top marks to the chef and Sue who made it a nice place to be. Hope to return for a longer stay soon.

This was the perfect place to stay for a special event at nearby Wymondham College. I was warmly (well, it was during the heatwave!) and cheerfully greeted by Tracey. My room was clean, well-prepared and provided me with all the facilities I required. It was extremely competitively priced. My thanks to the staff concerned for their part in a really memorable weekend.

A good place to stay near the town and good main road

Completely overwhelmed by the whole experience. Beautiful accommodation, absolutely faultless. If you are coming to Norwich you must stay here, you will not be disappointed, it's fantastic.

We loved our stay. Beautiful room and delicious breakfast. Thanks very much

We cannot think of any significant shortcomings about this hotel and enjoyed our four night break

Excellent hotel! Excellent staff. I arrived late due to being held up at work so called ahead, the chap on the phone was kind enough to wait 1hr30 past the check-in deadline for me to get there, thank you! Had only booked the single room for 1 night, while the room could be classed as a little snug it was nothing less than very comfortable. The room is very well presented and incredibly clean, bed was super comfy and bathroom was spotless and of a decent size. Paid extra for the Full English...

My favourite East Anglian hotel - recently refurbished, just as friendly and welcoming. As usual there were all sorts here, it's a proper 'local' - good food, good beer, good cheer! Lots of interesting opinions - all topical issues covered and easily overheard. The bar has two tellies now, and I enjoyed watching the end of an ODI (Sri Lanka won), and then some Happy Valley with mein hosts. I thoroughly recommend anyone to stay here (as long as you can do stairs), it's reasonably priced, the...
